These Terms of Service are drafted to protect GetAdict’s intellectual property, define the scope of your 72-hour delivery promise, and limit your liability regarding ad performance.
By accessing getadict.com or engaging with our performance UGC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
GetAdict provides performance-driven UGC (User-Generated Content) video production and strategy.
The 72-Hour Engine: Our delivery timeline begins only after we have received all necessary brand assets, product samples, and creative briefs from the client.
Revisions: Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement, each ad bundle includes one round of minor revisions. Major shifts in strategy after production will incur additional costs.
Agency Rights: GetAdict retains ownership of all raw footage, proprietary scripts, and “hooks” developed during the creative process.
Client Rights: Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final edited videos for paid advertising and social media purposes.
Showcase: GetAdict reserves the right to showcase the final creative work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
To ensure a successful partnership, the client agrees to:
Provide accurate brand information and access to necessary ad accounts if a strategy audit is requested.
Ship product samples to our creators in a timely manner.
Ensure all brand claims made in the creative briefs are legally accurate and compliant with local advertising laws.
Upfront Commitment: Most ad bundles require full or partial upfront payment before production begins.
No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of creative production and the speed of our delivery engine, all payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.
While we engineer our videos for 3x ROAS and high conversions using data-backed research, GetAdict does not guarantee specific financial results. Ad performance is subject to external factors, including platform algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side landing page optimization.
GetAdict shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our creative assets. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate the engagement if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of our registered office.
